Board Election 2018 Results
SaskCanola is pleased to announce the results of its 2018 director election. There were 1,159 verified and counted ballots returned for this election; marking a 35% increase in voter participation compared to SaskCanola’s 2016 director election. Of those, 1,132 producers voted online while 27 producers voted by paper ballot.
The final results of the election are as follows: Katelyn Duncan received 900 votes, Lane Stockbrugger received 795 votes, Bernie McClean received 785 votes, Charlene Bradley received 784 votes, and Beverley Shewchuk received 447 votes. Newly elected is Katelyn Duncan. Re-elected for their second consecutive terms are Charlene Bradley, Bernie McClean, and Lane Stockbrugger.

The SaskCanola Board is comprised of a total of eight directors. Board members are elected for a four-year term and are eligible to be re-elected for a second four year term. Board elections are held every second year. The next board election will be held in the fall of 2020.
