Weather synopsis: This week the central and northern prairies received significant rainfall. Heavy rainfall was reported along the Yellowhead highway and southeastern SK. Recent rainfall has resulted in improved moisture levels across central and northern regions. Overall most areas have received near normal rainfall. The northern Peace River region, northeast SK have had less than normal rainfall. The southern prairies have received rainfall amounts that are 150% (or more) of average rainfall.
